A TASTE OF MÉRIDA 2026

A night where wine, haute cuisine, and solidarity come together under the stars

The most anticipated gala event of the year presented by Fundación BAI A.C. offers an elegant evening of exceptional wines paired with exquisite gourmet cuisine. Guests will enjoy a five-course culinary experience with carefully selected wine pairings, featuring Mérida’s finest chefs, live music, and a spectacular silent auction. Without a doubt, this is the spring event you won’t want to miss.

This year, we are proud to collaborate with our valued sponsors and with Hacienda Santa Lucía Kantoyná, our distinguished host venue, along with renowned international chefs and a guest sommelier who will guide this unforgettable culinary journey.

Hacienda Santa Lucía Kantoyná will host the 2026 edition, providing an unparalleled setting for a night of elegance and distinction. Surrounded by majestic gardens and framed by its impressive traditional Yucatecan architecture, this historic hacienda blends the charm of the past with contemporary sophistication, creating a truly exceptional atmosphere.

Its expansive outdoor spaces, illuminated beneath the spring sky, invite guests to enjoy an evening under the stars in a warm and refined setting. Every detail of the hacienda, from its architectural design to its natural surroundings, adds character and personality to the experience, making it the ideal venue to celebrate haute cuisine, fine wine, and solidarity in perfect harmony.
